Ingredients
800 g large prawns
2 romaine lettuce heads
1 pack of bread croutons
Freshly-grated parmesan
3 tomatoes
1 small chopped red onion
Dressing:
100 g prawns
200 ml light mayonnaise
50 ml olive oil
1 clove of garlic
50 ml lemon juice
50 g parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Cooking instructions
Rinse and dry the salad.
Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange the prawns with the salad and the croutons. If you like, garnish with parmesan cheese and a sprinkling of herbs.
