Royal Greenland cooked and peeled prawns, caught in the crystal clear waters surrounding Greenland, have a delicious firm texture, a unique sweet flavour, and are a good lean source of protein.

The prawns are cooked, peeled and individually quick-frozen, and can be used directly after defrosting in salads, served as they are or can be added in hot dishes such as soups just before serving.
