Steamed plaice with soya and ginger

Ingredients

20 rolled plaice fillets
100 ml soya sauce
100 ml bouillon
75 g ginger
2 trays of pea shoots

Tip

Alternatively, prepare the fish for 20 minutes at 60°C. This will provide a juicier result with more taste.

Cooking instructions

Cut and finely dice the ginger. Boil the bouillon together with the soya and pour over the ginger.

Place the thawed rolled plaice fillets closely together on a sheet of baking paper and pour over the ginger and bouillon mix. Bake in a preheated oven for 7 minutes at 200°C.

Drizzle with pea shoots and serve immediately. If the pipettes are used as shown, the ginger ought to be sieved out.
