Ingredients

Cold-water prawns

20 Eggs

2 dl milk

4 cucumber

Salt and pepper to season

Cooking instructions

Whisk the eggs together with a milk and season with salt and pepper. Heat a pan to medium heat and add the eggs.

Let it cook for a bit until the eggs have set before sprinkling the prawns on top. Fold the omelette and serve with diced cucumbers.
