Ingredients

10 plaice fillets, fried a la meunière
300 g golden prawns
2 kg small washed potatoes
500 g cottage cheese
1 whole nutmeg, finely grated
3 cloves of garlic, finely grated or crushed
50 g finely grated parmesan cheese
2 red onions, cut in half and sliced finely lengthwise
1 bunch of chervil, coarsely chopped
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Cooking instructions

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, allow to cool and then cut in half. Mix the cottage cheese, nutmeg, garlic and parmesan cheese together and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the frozen fish in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Arrange the potatoes, prawns, onion, chervil and cottage cheese mix on a dish, or blend together with a spoon.

Place the warm fish together with the other ingredients and serve immediately with freshly baked bread.
