Hotdogs with fish nuggets and tomato salsa

Ingredients

20 ready-fried Alaska pollock nuggets, thawed
10 hotdog rolls, wholegrain
3 ripe tomatoes
1 small red onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 stalks of broadleaf parsley
1 lime
salt and pepper

Tip

The frozen nuggets can also be heated in the oven for about 15 minutes at 185°C.

Cooking instructions

Dice the tomatoes and turn them with the finely chopped red onion, crushed garlic, chopped parsley and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat the rolls in the oven for 3 minutes at 165°C. Place two nuggets in each roll, top with the tomato salsa and serve immediately.
