Ingredients
1 dl creme fraiche
1 dl mayonnaise
1 tbsp. finely chopped chives
100 g red lumpfish roe
1 lemon
Salt & pepper
Cooking instructions
Rinse the lumpfish roe with cold water in a sieve to wash away any excess colour. Make sure to drain the roe thoroughly afterwards.
Mix the roe with the remaining ingredients and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
