Southern king crab, also known as Chilean king crab, is known for its decorative spiky shell and dark orange colour. The meat has a bright pink surface and a white center and a sweet, succulent shellfish flavour.
Our Southern king crab originates from the southernmost parts of Chile where it is fished by local fishermen and processed fresh in local processing facilities, close to the fishing grounds.
The ready-cooked clusters are carefully packed in the master, and is ready to thaw and use without further cooking or preparation.
