Royal Greenland owns a total of 46 factories and processing facilities in Greenland, Canada and Europe.
Greenland
Along the west coast of Greenland Royal Greenland owns 37 plants and facilities including large plants with 2-3 shifts per day and small facilities with 1-2 employees. The factories in Greenland mainly operate with shrimp, Greenland turbot, cod, crab and lumpfish roe. The plants’ activities range widely, from the production and packaging of finished products to the packaging of intermediate products for further processing in Asia or Poland, as well as, for example, block freezing and salting.
