Ingredients
4 cooked Newfoundland lobsters
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 rolls, lightly toasted
Cellery
Chopped parsley leaves
Melted butter
Cooking instructions
Chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the lobster, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cellery and parsley.
Brush toasted rolls with butter and top with seasoned lobster mixture.
