The total remuneration to the company’s board of directors amounted to DKK 2.5 million in 2024.
Executive board compensation
In addition to their fixed salaries, members of the Group Executive Board may receive a performance-based bonus. They are also provided with a company car, telephone, internet access, and a newspaper subscription.
Executive directors are subject to a 12-month notice period in the event of termination by the company, and are required to give six months’ notice in the event of resignation.
Other remuneration in 2023 included a sign-on bonus for Susanne Arfelt Rajamand and severance compensation for Bruno Olesen. Other remuneration in 2024 includes severance compensation for Nils Duus Kinnerup and Lars Nielsen.
